How To Make Sea Moss Gel
Former Miss Jamaica World, Brittany Lyons, shows us how she prepares her premium sea moss gel using raw sun-dried sea moss from Seamoss by JC.
Step 1: Wash and Rinse removing all organic debris, then soak for 5 mins and pour off excess water.
Step 2: Pour 16oz alkaline spring water into bowl making sure sea moss is fully submerged and let it soak for 24 hours in the fridge.
Step 3: Remove soaked sea moss from the refrigerator and rinse with fresh water then pour off all excess water. Add another 16 oz of alkaline spring water then add to the blender until a smooth consistency is achieved with no chunks.
Step 4: Your sea moss gel is ready to be consumed. Place sea moss in the fridge where it will become slightly more gel like in consistency and enjoy. Your sea moss gel will last 90 days in the fridge and 180 days in the freezer.
